Laurie Rowley


Laurie is a passionate advocate who is at the nexus of initiatives to increase financial literacy, make information transparent and accessible and improve outcomes for the millions of Americans saving for retirement. Laurie has over 25 years of experience in financial services. Her expertise is in financial decision-making, research, and managing large-scale, high impact projects. Laurie is a strategist with background in behavioral finance, qualitative research, product and ecosystem design, brand identity and positioning. Over her career she launched several companies, and was instrumental in launching the Behavioral Finance Forum.

Bill Cahan


Bill is the President and Founder of one of the most successful strategic design and branding firms in the country, having received more than 2,800 awards nationally and internationally for his work. Bill specializes in transforming difficult and complex concepts into simple, understandable and engaging design. Bill has been featured on CNN and CNBC, is the subject of a book released by Princeton Architectural Press entitled “I am almost always hungry”, has lectured extensively throughout the world and is in the permanent collections of the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of architecture and design, The Library of Congress, the SF MOMA and others.

Warren Cormier

NARPP Chief Behavioral Officer

Warren has more than twenty five years of quantitative and qualitative experience in financial services and consumer financial decision-making. He is the Co-Founder of Rand’s Behavioral Finance Forum, and is regarded as an expert in the field of behavioral finance and retirement savings.

Katharine Norwood

Design and Technology Strategist

Katharine is a design and technology strategist with background in qualitative research, product, service and ecosystem design, brand identity and positioning. Her approach is informed by systems thinking, cultural anthropology, and an appreciation for storytelling across channels.

Katharine specializes in design research, ethnography, digital and contextual anthropology, product and service design, strategic planning and positioning, message development, content strategy, naming and brand identity, copywriting.

Kurt Noble

Web Designer and Developer

Kurt is a multi-award winning interactive designer and developer with over 18 years of experience overseeing the branding, user-experience design, and technical production of websites and applications. He has overseen the design and deployment of projects for Sprint, HP, Adobe, Hilton, Pepsi, Levi’s, Warner Brothers, Virgin Records, Bacardi, Yahoo!, Union Bank and was recently named one of the top 10 digital designers in San Francisco by The Next Web Magazine.

Rich Binell

Communications and Strategy

Rich is not just a communications expert; he is a visionary and strategist. He has the ability to transform complicated topics into simple, friendly and intelligent concepts. He was the head writer for Apple for eight years and has worked on a variety of groundbreaking projects over his career.

Alex Rowley

Chief Operating Officer

Alex specializes in building strategic solutions for technical challenges. His background is in global financial services, qualitative and qualitative research, macro trends, and systems integration.

Todd Richards

Senior designer

Todd has over 25 years of experience in branding, identify, website and packaging design. His work has been recognized nationally and internationally with 100’s of awards from the AIGA, The One Show, British Design and Art direction (D&AD), Graphis and numerous publications.

Daniel Box is a digital designer and creative director with a passion for work that is beautiful, functional, and delightful. Over the last 18 years he has created award-winning experiences for top brands including Dolby, HP, Adobe, HBO, Star Wars, and Virgin Records.

Craig is an award-winning designer who has a history of translating complicated webs of information, into a simple and engaging visual vocabulary. Craig has led or contributed to numerous design projects representing a diverse range of industries.

Korri is a communications expert known for developing content strategies that resonate with a wide-range of audiences. Her work is informed by her background in cross cultural communications and academic research.

Clare Rhinelander


Clare is an expert in production design and production management. She has experience with collateral, packaging, corporate identity systems, website assets, client and vendor management and press checking skills.
